This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through LiteMail.ai, a service operated by IYRIX LLC. We're committed to delivering a reliable and high-quality experience, but we understand that circumstances can change. The following outlines our refund and cancellation terms so you know exactly where you stand.

❌ Refund Policy All purchases made on Litemail are final and non-refundable, except in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate billing caused by a system error

  • Inbox provisioning not completed within 7 business days after confirmed payment

    All purchases made through LiteMail.ai are final and non-refundable. Because our service involves the provisioning of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, costs we incur directly and cannot recover, we are unable to issue refunds on any transactions once completed. This applies to all subscriptions and services. We recommend reviewing your selected plan carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to buying, our team is happy to help at support@litemail.ai.


    This no-refund policy applies to all Litemail products and services, including (but not limited to):

    • Subscriptions

    • Mailboxes

    • Domains

    • DNS setup and pre-warming services

    • Add-ons and services

    Once a payment is completed, we are unable to issue full or partial refunds. We strongly recommend reviewing your plan, quantities, and inbox selections carefully before confirming any purchase.

    ⚠️ Important: All refund decisions are made at Litemail's sole discretion. Meeting one of the above conditions does not automatically guarantee a refund.

You can cancel your Litemail subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Please note:

  • Canceling stops the next billing cycle from being charged

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid period

  • No refunds are issued for unused time, remaining balance, or partially used subscriptions

After your current billing period ends, your subscription will not renew and all associated mailboxes and domains will be deprovisioned.
