All purchases made through LiteMail.ai are final and non-refundable. Because our service involves the provisioning of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, costs we incur directly and cannot recover, we are unable to issue refunds on any transactions once completed. This applies to all subscriptions and services. We recommend reviewing your selected plan carefully before purchasing. This no-refund policy applies to all Litemail products and services, including (but not limited to):
Subscriptions
Mailboxes
Domains
DNS setup and pre-warming services
Add-ons and services
Once a payment is completed, we are unable to issue full or partial refunds. We strongly recommend reviewing your plan, quantities, and inbox selections carefully before confirming any purchase.
